It all starts with industry leading software such as CorelDraw! and Lightburn for Laser cutting and engraving and Vectric VCarePRO for 2.5D & 3D CNC machining. Each design starts with a quick sketch or photo idea…The rest is CNC magic.Manufacture
We have a range of mainly wookworking tools, but the “crazy” tools include a CO 2 laser cutter and CNC router (for working with wood) and a fiber laser marking machine for metals and plastics.Materials
We can create products from many hard materials including wood, acrylic, glass, non-ferrous metals, paper, card and slate and can now mark metals such as stainless steel, titanium and brass too.Best of all - Make It Personal…
While we’d love to make lots of products at once, there’s nothing quite like making something personal and unique. Taking something and making it really special… e.g. A memory box for a newborn child, a memorial to a much cherished pet or a personalised gift for a loved one. We can personalise any item on the website. If it’s not there just ask. (We are currently only offering metal marking products due to spare parts issues).

What are the largest size items you can make?
Answer:
Machine capacities are as follows: CO 2 laser has a bed size of approx A3 (300mm x 400mm) and can cut materials up to 6mm thick. CNC router has a bed size of 750mm x 500mm and can cut up to approx. 35mm thick. Fiber laser can mark parts with a marking area of 110mm x 110mm up to 190mm x 190mm. CO 2 and fiber lasers also have the capability to mark cylindrical items up to approx 80mm diameter x 150mm long.

Can you engrave my own design onto an item?
Answer:
Yes, we certainly can! All we need is either a digital vector file, good quality bitmap (photograph) or a hand drawing of your original design. We have software to read most current industry standard file formats. Please note that due to strict copyright laws here in the UK, we are unable to make copies of anyone else’s designs and will require a written release note confirming that you are indeed the copyright owner of your design. We also guarantee that we will not use your design for anyone else too.
